Leisureworld Senior Care Corporation Announces Rebranding
Organization Set to Become Sienna Senior Living Inc.
(firmenpresse) - MARKHAM, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 02/04/15 -- Leisureworld Senior Care Corporation ("Leisureworld" or the "Company") (TSX: LW) today announced its intentions to rebrand itself as Sienna Senior Living Inc. The rebranding follows several years of growth to become a diversified seniors living organization providing retirement living, home care, third party management and long-term care services to local Canadian communities. Management believes that the new identity will go a long way in supporting the Company''s brand philosophy aimed at delivering on "the warmth of human connection."

The Company consulted broadly with stakeholders to develop a new vision, mission, values and creed that would engage its 7,500 employees and align with the organization''s growth strategy. This exercise presented an opportunity to capitalize on the strength of its existing divisions under a single brand, guided by a common vision "to awaken our communities to the possibilities of life''s next chapters."
With input from residents, families and employees, the Company will also rename its 10 retirement residences and 35 long term care homes. The home names will no longer include the parent name and will better reflect their connection to the local community in which the homes operate.

The name change to Sienna Senior Living Inc. will be effective on or about May 1, 2015, after approval by the Company''s shareholders at the Company''s Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders currently scheduled to be held on April 21, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Andrew''s Club in Toronto (the "Meeting"). Further information with respect to the Meeting can be found in the Notice of the Meeting filed on SEDAR. In connection with the name change to Sienna Senior Living Inc., the Company expects to trade under the new trading symbol "SIL".
