JFlex 870 System From IPT Updated With Newer Memjet Print Module

Attendees will receive a demonstration of the newest version of its JFlex 870 System, outfitted with the Memjet Aspen print engine. IPT Digital offers flexo printers the ability to expand into digital color printing for up to 1/2 the savings over competing products.
IPT Digital''s JFlex 870 System delivers high quality, full color digital printing. Using the latest Memjet print platform, amazing color and fine print detail is achieved at 225 ft/min with a resolution of 1600x1325 dpi up to 17 inches wide. Conventional flexo-based technology label converters can achieve a substantial boost in profitability and productivity by supporting lean manufacturers requesting shorter print runs and VDP while significantly lowering operational cost and lowering environmental waste.
IPT provides a unique product offering to the converter market by re-invigorating older legacy presses to be used for digital color printing. The added benefit is that all existing in-line finishing can continue to be utilized, thus increasing the cost saving even higher. The Aspen engine, with built-in nozzle redundancy provides excellent print quality and boasts speeds at or above competing print technologies. As is the case with the JFlex 870 System, the Aspen print engine easily integrates with existing hardware to allow OEMs to enhance their digital capabilities without the high cost or time required to rip and replace existing infrastructure.
