("CanAsia" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CNA) announces that it has filed amended and restated financial statements (the "Amended Financial Statements") and related MD&A (the "Revised MD&A") as at and for the period ended September 30, 2014 on SEDAR at .
The Amended Financial Statements and Revised MD&A include adjustments to entries relating to the expiration of the Company''s warrants and stock options. The effect of the amendment is to correct certain information relating to the Company''s outstanding convertible securities. There has been no change to the results of operations, assets, liabilities, and cash flows as a result of the restatement.
