Mapan Energy Ltd. Announces Grant of Options
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/02/15 -- Mapan Energy Ltd. ("Mapan") (TSX VENTURE: MPG) announces that the company''s board of directors have granted options to an officer of Mapan to acquire an aggregate of 250,000 common shares of Mapan at a price of $1.30 per share pursuant to Mapan''s share option plan. The options vest as to one-third on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of the date of grant, and have a term of 5 years. Mapan currently has 71,420,395 common shares outstanding.
