While most the U.S. is boxed in by snow and fog, tenants of TenTen Wilshire will be under the stars sipping a toddy with colleagues, while taking in the 360-degree view of Los Angeles.
California-based DJ Mystik, whose music ranges from the melodic to an urgent dance floor sound, is back home after a tour in Europe. Co-founder of the DJ group Hypnotika, Mystik has released 34 promotional mixes, often using white label and European releases difficult to find in the United States. Hits include Für Elise, Save Tonight, and an ethereal version of Unchained Melody, which begins with delicate strings, then evolves into a pounding, rhythmic call to dance.
Tenants are also looking forward to the Scotch and Art evening on Thursday, January 29, as well as the rooftop Super Bowl Sunday viewing party which begins at 2:00pm on February 1.
