LTL Transportation Leader Kool Pak Announces Quality Assurance Department

The creation of a dedicated QA team reinforces Kool Pak''s commitment to process control, procedural documentation and continuous improvement in their transportation and logistics operations. Kool Pak provides temperature-controlled LTL and TL transportation, warehousing, distribution and logistics services throughout the U.S. and Canada.
The QA Department will be headed by Katie Royce as Director of Quality Assurance, who brings over ten years'' experience at Kool Pak to the position. Wade Palmer, Chief Financial Officer, notes, "Because of her tenure, Katie is familiar with most aspects of our business and is skilled in developing procedures that protect our customers'' freight.
