Condor Announces Director Resignation

("Condor" or the "Company") (TSX: CPI) announces Donald Wright has resigned from the Board of Directors to pursue other business interests. The Company would like to thank Mr. Wright for his significant contributions since joining the Board in April 2011. The Board is now comprised of eight Directors (previously nine) and certain committees of the Board have been realigned accordingly.
