Text Message Alerts Keep Customers Informed

(TSX VENTURE: QIS) (Quorum), a company that focuses on helping automotive dealerships Make More Money (M3) through its revenue-generating dealership and customer management system software, XSellerator, announced today that it now offers a text message alert service to its customers.
Available research demonstrates that many people prefer to receive text messages for important information because emails get "lost" due to the volume received and they are not always available to receive a voice call. These people also like text messages because they are short and pushed right to them so they don''t need to go retrieve the information.
"We are finding that the real key to communicating information to our customers is to provide as many channels as possible to do so. That way the customer can choose the one(s) that they prefer. It is all about how they want to receive information from us, not how we want to send it," said Lori Litz, Quorum''s Marketing Manager.
The Q(i)munication service will be used in addition to other methods (like email and broadcast messages on Quorum''s Dealer Resource Center) to send out important messages such as OEM integration outages, critical DMS information, Support availability and upcoming events.
Quorum customers that wish to take advantage of this new service can sign-up by providing their cell phone information through a link on the Dealer Resource Center (DRC) online support portal or by calling the Quorum Support Center.
