Augusta Appoints New Director

(the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: AAO) would like to announce that Mr. Warren Goldberg, CPA, CA has been appointed to the Corporation''s board of directors and has also been appointed the chair of the audit committee. Mr. Goldberg is a chartered professional accountant and is a partner at Schwartz Levitsky Feldman LLP, Chartered Accountants in Toronto, Ontario, specializing in audit of public companies.
The Corporation also announces that Mr. Gerry Feldman has resigned as a director of the Corporation. Mr. Feldman resigned in order to focus his attention on his other ventures and business interests. The Corporation thanks Mr. Feldman for his many years of dedicated service to the Corporation and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
