Hartco Announces Changes to Board of Directors
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, CANADA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/19/15 -- Hartco Inc. ("Hartco" or the "Company") (TSX: HCI) today announced that Peter M. Blaikie has resigned as a director of the Company, and that William Cleman has been appointed to Hartco''s Board of Directors (the "Board"), effective immediately.
Hartco thanks Mr. Blaikie for his valued contribution to the Company as a member of the Board of Directors for many years.
Mr. Cleman is a corporate director and consultant, and an experienced operating and financial executive. Mr. Cleman holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario.
