Natural Systems Utilities Appoints Jonathan C. Kaledin as Executive Vice President/General Counsel

Kaledin has joined the company as its Executive Vice President/General Counsel. Mr. Kaledin joins NSU with 30 years of legal and management experience in the water field, including experience in the private, public, and government sectors. NSU CEO Robert Dixon states, "We are delighted that Jon has joined our senior team as Executive Vice President/General Counsel. He brings a wealth of experience to NSU -- regulatory, contractual, negotiating, management, administrative, policy, and more -- as well as a national reputation within the environmental and business legal community, and he will contribute significantly to NSU''s growth and success in the future."
Mr. Kaledin''s legal experience focuses on transaction development and execution, finance, regulatory, policy, and corporate governance work. In addition to his private sector experience, Mr. Kaledin served as Assistant Regional Counsel for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, General Counsel of the Massachusetts Executive Office of Environmental Affairs, and as New York General Counsel for The Nature Conservancy. He has served on numerous private and public boards during his career, and is currently on the Board of Directors of the U.S. Water Alliance and is an Advisory Council Member to New World Capital.
