Urban Communications Inc. Signs Market Making Agreement With Questrade, Inc.
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/15/15 -- Urban Communications Inc. (TSX VENTURE: UBN) announces that it has entered into an agreement with Questrade, Inc. to provide market making services in accordance with all applicable TSX Venture Exchange policies and securities laws and regulations. Questrade will be paid $4,500 per month on a 12 month term contract, terminable upon either party giving at least 30 days notice. No shares or options are payable to Questrade under the contract.
Urban Communications Inc. and Questrade, Inc. are unrelated and unaffiliated entities but Questrade, Inc. or its clients have or may have a direct interest in the securities of Urban Communications Inc.
Urban Communications owns and operates a 200 km fibre optic network throughout metro Vancouver and Victoria. The company is about to launch its new Urbanfibre service of 1000 Mbps to residential and commercial buildings along its fibre optic core network.
Questrade, Inc., provides Canadians with high-speed, direct access trading in the U.S. and Canadian stock and options markets through its IQ trading platforms. Questrade offers market making services on behalf of TSX and TSX Venture Exchange listed companies, providing liquidity on the stock exchange for shareholders.
