VIQ Solutions Addresses Trading Halt

("VIQ Solutions" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: VQS) announces that the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") has advised the Corporation that the trading of the Corporation''s shares on the TSXV has been temporarily halted while the TSXV considers whether the recently announced disposition by VIQ Solutions of its International Reporting business qualifies as an "Exempt Transaction" under TSXV rules. If the TSXV concludes that the disposition is not an "Exempt Transaction", VIQ may be required to meet additional requirements under TSXV rules relative to the disposition, including the filing of additional documents.
