Xylitol Canada Inc. Announces Grant of Stock Options

("Xylitol Canada", or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: XYL) today announces the granting of 4,800,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company. Each option entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.25. The options are exercisable for a period of five years from today''s date, subject to vesting restrictions over a period of nine (9) months.
