Ed Fiducia and Andrew Bayer to Give Presentations Offering CLE and MCLE Credits

Fiducia will present on the topic, "Using Technology from Collection through Review," to the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association. The event will be held Thursday, Jan. 15, at Hacienda Colorado in Denver. CLE credit is available for the event, which explores early parts of the discovery phase of complex litigation. Bayer, along with Erik Bliss, associate general counsel at Viasat, and Kate Mayer Mangan, a litigator and consultant at Donocle, will present on "Taming the Technology Dragons: How to Harness Technology to Work Smarter," on Tuesday, Jan. 20 from 4 - 6:15 p.m. The event will be held at One America Plaza (second floor conference center) at 600 West Broadway in San Diego. On Friday, Jan. 23, Fiducia will present at an all-day MCLE event hosted by the San Diego Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, Latham and Watkins LLP, Inventus and Aptus Court Reporting.
