Talent Shaper’s new product Refresh: Leadership makes leadership training more sustainable.
Frankfurt based startup Talent Shaper is pre-launching its new product Refresh: Leadership. It is a 10-week online leadership course, with a hands-on approach, to bring about long term positive behavior change.
(firmenpresse) - Refresh: Leadership is a 10-week online course for leaders, who want to enhance their skills through positive behavior change. They receive weekly challenges to work on in their real working environment. This hands-on approach is the reason, why the time requirement is only about an hour per week.
Focussing on the key areas of leadership, Refresh: Leadership provides weekly video lessons, which encourage leaders to actively shape their behavior in order to improve team motivation and performance.
The participants will see positive results in their motivation and performance very soon. Additionally, Talent Shaper offers an optional follow-up service, which will intervene in case participants lose motivation. Talent Shaper will use personal email, phone calls or smartphone messages to support commitment.
The co-founders Francisco Otto and Rahul Narayan met at the Rhein Main Startup Weekend in Frankfurt in October 2014. They were part of the “best execution award” winning team. They decided to work together and within only two months they founded the company and are now pre-launching their first product Refresh: Leadership.
Rahul Narayan says: “We want to bring sustainability into training programs. We are working with renowned leadership expert and author Uwe Beyer, who has more than 20 years of experience in the field of management consultancy and coaching.”
Francisco Otto adds “Our idea of a 10-week leadership course got overwhelming response at the Startup Weekend. We received the first pre-orders right away. This motivated us to form the company, build the product and pre-launch it in only ten weeks.”
Refresh: Leadership will be publicly available within the first quarter of 2015.
Talent Shaper will launch more training programs in leadership, sales and other employee training related topics in the near future.
