Harte Hanks Appoints Sarah Fay as Advisor to Leadership Team on Digital Strategy

Fay will provide industry expertise on Harte Hanks'' digital strategy, a key component of the Company''s 2014 - 2018 Strategic Plan. In addition to her role in support of Harte Hanks'' CEO, Robert Philpott, she will also work extensively with the Harte Hanks Corporate Development team on the identification and integration of acquisitions and partnerships in digital marketing. Fay will serve in her new role at Harte Hanks in addition to maintaining a number of other industry positions including various digital marketing association directorships.

In recent years, she has been an active board director / advisor with a number of leading companies in the digital marketing space, including X+1 until its acquisition by Rocket Fuel in 2014.
