(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/07/15 -- ROOSTER ENERGY LTD. (the "Company") () (TSX VENTURE: COQ) today announces the resignation of Richard S. Buski as a member of its Board of Directors effective January 6, 2015. Mr. Buski served as an independent director and was a member of the Audit Committee, Corporate Disclosure Committee and Reserves Committee. Mr. Buski has resigned for personal reasons that are unrelated to the Company.
Chester F. Morrison, Jr., Chairman, comments that "on behalf of the Board and Rooster team, we want to thank Richard for his years of service to the Company and wish him all the best in his future endeavors. Richard has served on the Board since 2009 and his assistance in guiding the Company through our reverse merger in 2012 and the recent acquisitions of Cochon Properties and Morrison Well Services was invaluable."
