Artemis U.S. Capital Appreciation Fund Announces Fund Termination

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 01/07/15 -- Artemis Investment Management Limited, the Manager of Artemis U.S. Capital Appreciation Fund (TSX: AUF.UN) (the "Fund"), has determined that it is in the best interest of Unitholders to terminate the Fund.
The Manager intends to terminate the Fund on or about February 23, 2015. The Manager will, to the extent possible, convert or arrange for the conversion of assets of the Fund to cash and pay all of the Fund''s liabilities and obligations. The remaining assets of the Fund will be distributed among Unitholders on or about March 9, 2015.
