(TSX: CCA) will hold their Annual Shareholders'' Meetings on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. at the Centre Mont-Royal in Montreal (2200, Mansfield Street). During this time, both companies'' financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2015, ended November 30, 2014, will also be disclosed. A live webcast of the Annual Shareholders'' Meetings will be available on the Cogeco web site at .
A conference call for financial analysts will be held just prior to the Annual Shareholders'' Meeting on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) to discuss the companies'' financial and operating results. Media representatives may attend as listeners only and are invited to stay on the line to join a press briefing immediately after the call, at 10:30 a.m., or attend the press briefing in person at the Centre Mont-Royal - Mansfield 2 conference room.
