Arch Biopartners Announces Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 01/06/15 -- Arch Biopartners Inc ("Arch or the "Company") (CSE: ACH)(OTCBB: FOIFF) intends to complete a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 2,143,000 units priced at $0.35 per unit (the "Units") for gross proceeds of up to $750,050 (the "Offering"). Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant (the "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.70 per common share for a period of 24 months from the closing date of the Offering. All securities issued in connection with the Offering will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the closing date.
The closing of the Offering is expected to occur on or about the week of January 12th, 2015 or such other date as set by the Company. Closing of the Offering is subject to certain conditions, including completion of formal documentation and receipt of all regulatory and exchange approvals.
The net proceeds will be used toward the clinical development of MetaMx, the Company''s brain tumor initiating cell (BTIC) targeting technology.
