Taku Gold recently announced a share consolidation on the basis of 1 new share for 10 old shares. The consolidation will be effective after the market close today, and the post-consolidated shares will begin trading tomorrow, January 6, 2015. Following the consolidation, there will be approximately 8,666,514 common shares outstanding. The name and symbol will not change. Please note the new CUSIP, below.
Taku Gold previously traded on the TSX Venture Exchange.
