Force Fuels Provides Corporate Update and Status of Corporate Name Change

(OTC PINK: FOFU) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has filed with the Nevada Secretary of State to change the corporate name to Cafe Serendipity Holdings Inc; the company has also filed with FINRA for a name and symbol change and expects to complete that process within the next 30 days.
Additionally the company has been actively building out the company''s scalable model to build a long term store brand for the recreational and medical marijuana industry. Currently Cafe Serendipity is in discussions with a number of store owners to rebrand under the Café Serendipity brand. In order to scale and move into revenues quicker, the company plans to begin licensing the Café Serendipity distribution model as we implement our franchising model. Additionally, the company is actively engaged in joint ventures with established companies to aid in the roll out of its proprietary products and other branded merchandise.
