Brighton will provide much-needed housing for this underserved area with an established population approaching one million. Most of the area''s housing stock is aging, and new communities are limited to small infill developments, keeping new home supply levels extremely low.

According to in typical metro areas, adding 60 single-family homes will generate $12.7 million in local income, $1.3 million in taxes and other revenue for local governments and 194 local jobs.
