TransGaming Announces Extension of Warrants
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/29/14 -- TransGaming Inc. (TSX VENTURE: TNG) ("TransGaming" or the "Company") today announced that it has chosen to extend the expiry date of certain warrants issued on January 17, 2013, originally expiring on January 17, 2015. The extension of the warrants was subject to warrant holders agreeing to the Company''s proposed extension of the expiry date by twelve months, with a new expiry date of January 17, 2016.
By unanimous agreement of warrant holders, the expiry date of the warrants was extended, as proposed, by twelve months to January 17, 2016. 3,769,500 warrants with an exercise price of $0.12 are affected. The exercise price of the warrants remains unchanged and the amendment remains subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
