Environmental Waste International Appoints New Director
(firmenpresse) - AJAX, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/23/14 -- Environmental Waste International Inc. ("EWS") (TSX VENTURE: EWS) (the "Company"), today announced that Bob MacBean, CEO, has been appointed to the Board of Directors, replacing Daniel Kaute who resigned. Mr. MacBean was named CEO earlier this month.
The company issued stock options to purchase 1,500,000 shares to Mr. MacBean and 250,000 options to Steve Kantor, Chief Technical Officer. Options to purchase an additional 1,730,000 shares were issued to employees and consultants. All the options have an exercise price of $0.10 per share, vest over three years and expire on December 21, 2019.
