Acquisition of Common Shares of Enseco Energy Services Corp.
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/19/14 -- M. Scott Ratushny reports that he has acquired ownership of an additional 927,550 common shares ("Common Shares") in the capital of Enseco Energy Services Corp. The purchases were made in the open market through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange at an average price of approximately $0.17 per Common Share.
Following this acquisition, Mr. Ratushny beneficially owns, directly or indirectly, or exercises control or direction, 3,227,607 Common Shares, representing approximately 14.4% of the currently outstanding Common Shares.
Mr. Ratushny acquired the Common Shares for investment purposes and Mr. Ratushny may acquire additional Common Shares in the future for investment purposes.
An early warning report will be filed on SEDAR at with respect to the acquisition of the Common Shares and will be available upon request from the offices of Enseco at the address below.
