The Honourable Steven Blaney, Canada''s Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, today issued the following statement to congratulate trainees of the Officer Induction Training Program (OITP) at the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) College in Rigaud, Quebec:
