Innovative Composites International Announces Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/19/14 -- Innovative Composites International Inc., (CSE: IC) ("ICI" or the "Corporation") held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on December 18, 2014 (the "Meeting") at which Mark Rivers, Fraser Wray, Kenneth Keeley, Brian Colburn, and Ian MacVicar were elected as directors of the Corporation. Joseph Hamilton withdrew as a director nominee prior to the Meeting, but has offered to assist by advising the Corporation going forward. MNP LLP was also reappointed as the auditor and all other matters presented to shareholders were approved at the Meeting.
