The 90,000-square-foot facility opened in September 2013 and is one of the 173 locations managed under CubeSmart''s rapidly growing third-party management program. The facility is owned by Noah Mehrkam, whose collaborative development of the property produced a state-of-the-art, eye-catching facility situated in a highly visible location in one of the fastest growing counties in the United States. Together, Mr. Mehrkam and CubeSmart, have realized dramatic operational success at the facility, averaging more than 70 rentals per month and exceeding 65 percent occupancy within the first year.
