Yellow Media Limited Completes the Acquisitions of Bookenda and Candia Digital Group
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 12/18/14 -- Yellow Media Limited (TSX: Y) ("Yellow Media" or the "Company") announced today that it has closed the acquisitions of Bookenda and of Candia Digital Group ("dine.TO"). These tuck-in acquisitions are an important component of Yellow Media''s growth strategy, providing the skills and technologies required to accelerate the development of new media properties.
Founded in 2006, Bookenda is a provider of digital reservation management systems. With a strong presence in the restaurant industry within the Greater Montreal Area, Bookenda''s digital properties offer a leading online transaction platform for users and merchants to easily interact and manage bookings.
Founded in 2002, dine.TO owns and operates local digital restaurant guides for the Greater Toronto Area. Its digital properties provide users with an extensive database of local restaurant listings, reviews, deals, playlists and events, as well as real-time online ordering capabilities.

The purchase price consideration for these acquisitions was not material. DNA Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor to the Company in these transactions.
