Earth Alive Announces Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 12/17/14 -- Earth Alive Clean Technologies (CSE: EAC) ("Earth Alive") announces the arrangement of a non-brokered private placement, pursuant to which it may issue a maximum of 3,333,333 units priced at $0.15 each, for gross proceeds of $500,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant which entitles the holder to purchase one common share, at $0.20, for a period of 24 months following the closing. All securities issued will be subject to a four month hold period.
The net proceeds will be used for general working capital.
