Inge Sengelmann Will Join Lucida as Specialized Clinical Therapist
(firmenpresse) - LANTANA, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 12/17/14 -- Lucida Treatment Center, a comprehensive substance abuse and mental health treatment center located in Palm Beach County, is proud to announce Inge Sengelmann as its newest Specialized Clinical Therapist. Inge is a clinical social worker, Somatic Experiencing (SE) practitioner and registered yoga teacher licensed in the states of Florida and Colorado.
"We are thrilled to have Inge and her experience as Lucida''s second Specialized Clinical Therapist," said Terry Shapiro, Executive Director of Lucida Treatment Center. "We encourage our Clinical Therapists to have experience with experimental therapies like SE and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)."
Prior to joining Lucida, Inge worked for various organizations as a primary therapist and clinical program director. Helping adolescents and adults cope with issues including recovery from substance abuse and eating disorders, gender and sexual orientation, and with chronic pain and illness. She received an M.S.W. from Florida International University and has advance training in SE and DBT.
As Specialized Clinical Therapist at Lucida, Inge will determine the most appropriate therapy for each patient by incorporating her blend of conventional and cutting-edge approaches.
