Tuckamore Capital Management Announces Appointment of Adrian Montgomery as President

(TSX: TX)(TSX: TX.DB.B) ("Tuckamore Capital" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Adrian Montgomery to the position of President, effective December 17, 2014. Dean MacDonald, the current President and Chief Executive Officer will continue in the position of Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company.

Mr. Montgomery joined Tuckamore Capital in January of 2010 and currently serves as Chief Investment Officer of the Company.
