Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust Announces December Distribution
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/16/14 -- Allied Properties REIT (TSX: AP.UN) announced today that the Trustees of the REIT have declared a distribution of $0.1216 per unit for the month of December, 2014, representing $1.46 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on January 15, 2015, to unitholders of record as at December 31, 2014. The REIT has 75,014,764 units issued and outstanding.
