PrairieSky Royalty Declares December Dividend
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/15/14 -- PrairieSky Royalty Ltd. ("PrairieSky") (TSX: PSK) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of CDN $0.1058 per common share to be paid on January 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on December 31, 2014.
This dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
