American Leisure Holdings, Inc. Acquires Wroblewski Oil and Gas Company
(firmenpresse) - LAFAYETTE, IN -- (Marketwired) -- 12/12/14 -- American Leisure Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: AMLH) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Wroblewski Oil and Gas as a wholly owned subsidiary.
With over 8 million dollars in reported gross sales last year, Wroblewski Oil and Gas is a successful branded distributor of transportation fuels, and petrochemical products. The Company currently owns and operates a retail and wholesale gasoline station, a convenience store, car washes, doggie washes (Moon Flight Car & Doggie Wash), and a coffee drive-thru located in Zelienople and Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. The Company is also in the process of expanding its business by adding a quick lube facility & self-storage facility at one of their commercial properties in Coraopolis.
Following the acquisition, Eric Wroblewski was appointed President of AMLH. In addition, both Eric and Scott Wroblewski have joined the Company''s Board of Directors.
