RONA Inc. Recruits Chantal Glenisson to Direct Reno-Depot Expansion

(TSX: RON)(TSX: RON.PR.A), a major Canadian retailer and distributor of hardware, building materials and home renovation products, announced today the appointment of Chantal Glenisson to the position of Senior Vice-President and General Manager of Reno-Depot. She therefore joins RONA''s Executive Committee and will report directly to President and CEO Robert Sawyer.
Before joining RONA, Ms. Glenisson occupied the position of Senior Vice-President, Operations, for Quebec at Walmart. She has led a very successful career in the retail industry over the last 25 years, namely for a major food distributor.

RONA recently announced the opening of two Reno-Depot stores outside Quebec in 2015, in Aurora, Ontario, and Calgary North, Alberta. In Quebec, the network comprises 16 stores, with a seventeenth opening its doors in Drummondville next year.
