McAlister''s Deli Named Official Tea of the Hornets
(firmenpresse) - CHARLOTTE, NC -- (Marketwired) -- 12/04/14 -- Charlotte-based franchise operation, Southern Deli (SD) Holdings, LLC, which currently operates 50 McAlister''s Deli restaurants across the country, is continuing to deepen its involvement in the Charlotte area, announcing today that they are entering into a multi-year sponsorship with the Charlotte Hornets. McAlister''s Deli, known for their Famous Sweet Tea™, has been named the "Official Tea of the Hornets."
"It goes without saying that the Hornets'' return to Charlotte has created noteworthy excitement within the city," said CEO of SD Holdings, Yaron Goldman. Over the course of the Hornets'' current season, guests will find souvenirs for purchase and kid-friendly in-store activities inside the SD Holdings'' 17 McAlister''s Deli locations in the Charlotte area. Employees, buses around Charlotte, and furniture within the stores will be donned in Hornets purple and teal.

A number of Hornets game attendees will be gifted McAlister''s Deli gift cards during certain home games. In addition to sweet tea, a small selection of sandwiches, salads, and spuds will also be sold at the arena.
