Franklin Resources, Inc. Announces Quarterly and Special Cash Dividends
(firmenpresse) - SAN MATEO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/03/14 -- Franklin Resources, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE: BEN) announced a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.15 per share payable on January 9, 2015 to stockholders of record holding shares of common stock at the close of business on December 31, 2014. The quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share represents a 25% increase over the dividends paid for the prior quarter and the same quarter last year.
The Company''s Board of Directors today also declared a special cash dividend in the amount of $0.50 per share payable on January 9, 2015 to stockholders of record holding shares of common stock at the close of business on December 31, 2014.
