Greenfield Farms Food, Inc. and Its Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Carmela''s Pizzeria Complete Final Plans of New Location With Drive-Through Concept and Provide Update on Franchise Program

("Greenfield" or the "Company") (OTC: GRAS) and its wholly-owned subsidiary Carmela''s Pizzeria ("Carmela''s") are pleased to announce that they have completed final plans of new location featuring a drive-through concept.
Carmela''s newest location, located in West Manchester, Ohio, is planned to open in January of 2015. Carmela''s is developing a drive-through concept for this new location that will feature complete family dinner options.
Following a press release on October 29, 2014, Carmela''s Pizzeria has retained SoFran, LLC. to spearhead the development of its franchise program. The principals of SoFran, LLC. are presently scheduled to visit the various Carmela''s locations during December 2014, at which time it is expected the franchise development agreement will be negotiated.
