CSE: 2014-1202 - Name Change/Consolidation - Silk Road Ventures Ltd. (SFA)
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/01/14 -- Silk Road Ventures Ltd. announces a name change to, Silk Road Finance Inc. and a share consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on a ten (10) old to one (1) new basis as authorized by its shareholders at the annual general and special meeting held on November 25, 2014. No fractional shares will be issued as a result of the consolidation. Where the exchange results in a fractional share, the number of common shares will be rounded down to the nearest whole common share.
As a result of the consolidation, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 6,192,902.
Shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis under the new name on December 2, 2014. Please note the symbol will remain the same "SFA"
Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business today, December 1, 2014. CSE Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the consolidation.
