Redwood Asset Management Inc. Refiles Interim Management Reports of Fund Performance and Interim Financial Statements
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/27/14 -- Redwood Asset Management Inc. (Redwood), the Manager of the Redwood Mutual Funds (the "Funds"), today announced that it has re-filed the Funds'' interim management reports of fund performance (the "MRFPs") and the interim financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2014. The MRFPs of the Funds have been restated to comply with Part B of Form 81-106 F1, by disclosing in the notes to the financial highlights table the accounting principles applicable to each period. The interim financial statements of the Funds have been refiled in order to comply with section 2.12 of NI 81-106 by disclosing that an auditor did not perform a review of the interim financial statements. No other changes were made to the MRFP documents or the interim financial statements.
