Purpose Investments Inc. Announces Estimated 2014 Annual Capital Gains Distributions
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/27/14 -- Purpose Investments announces today that the following funds are not expected to have annual capital gains distributions for the 2014 tax year:
The estimated annual capital gains distributions for NexC Partners Corp. Class A, Class F and Class J shares are expected to be $0.42, $0.66 and $0.84 per share, respectively. The expected annual capital gains distribution is the result of strong performance of NexC Partners'' underlying portfolio securities.
Please note that these are estimated amounts only. Circumstances may arise which would cause these estimates to change before the Funds'' tax year ends on December 15, 2014 or December 31, 2014, as applicable.
