Albany Marriott Hosts the 24th Annual Culinary Cornucopia Awarding Area Chefs

The yearly event brought nine Albany chefs to compete for the benefit of Living Resources, an organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
The fundraiser took place on November 2nd, and contestants were judged on standards of prep, appearance, taste, and preparation set forth by the American Culinary Federation. Among the nine local chefs participating was Nate Kutzscher, the Executive Chef of Marriott''s distinguished . Living Resources announced that Nate and his team from Albany Marriott were awarded with a bronze medal for their gourmet banquet meal.
