Appetizers are served buffet style and include simple teasers prepared with sophistication. Roasted Blue Hubbard Squash with arugula, fennel, toasted almonds, and a cider vinaigrette highlights those warm, buttery flavor profiles so necessary for any Thanksgiving meal. Apple Chestnut soup with a pancetta crisp garnish and classic Maryland Crab Cakes with chopped fennel and corn slaw finished with warm potato salad complete this delicious round of seasonal openers.
Entrées will be served a la carte. The star of this Thanksgiving feast is Spice-Brined Heritage Turkey with cranberry-ginger chutney and velvety giblet gravy.
