Swinerton Bolsters San Diego Leadership Team With Promotion of Project Executive

With more than 25 years of construction management experience in a variety of different markets, Terri is the perfect choice to oversee the group''s diverse portfolio.
Focusing on tenant improvement projects under $10 million, under her leadership the Special Projects team has recently completed successful projects in hospitals, universities, mid-rise condos, data centers, hotels, casinos, theaters, office buildings, and restaurants.

She now heads a team of over nine project managers, seven project engineers, and nearly fifteen superintendents. Constructing multiple projects at once, she helps them excel under fast-track conditions and the pressure of a short schedule.
