REMINDER/Media Advisory: CMHC to Release Results From its House Price Analysis and Assessment Framework (HPAA)
(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/24/14 -- Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) will release results from its national House Price Analysis and Assessment (HPAA) - a comprehensive framework that aims to identify potentially problematic conditions in Canada''s housing markets.
Results will be made available as part of a special edition of Housing Now Canada, on November 24th, at 10:30am (EST) and will be accessible at .
HPAA results account for economic, financial and demographic drivers and will include an assessment of the national market as well as 8 Census Metropolitan Areas (CMAs): Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec and Halifax.
There will be media availability via teleconference with CMHC Chief Economist Bob Dugan at 11:30 am (EST) to explain the methodology behind the framework supporting this new report.
