Nutroganics (NUTT) Signs LOI to Acquire Control of Sports Performance Supplements Company

(PINKSHEETS: NUTT) ("Nutroganics") announced today that it has signed an LOI to acquire 51% of ("Alpha Helix"), a Las Vegas-based innovator in the sports performance industry. Alpha Helix was founded in 2011, when it introduced as the first of its products dedicated to professional and aspiring athletes.
The completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including due diligence and the negotiation of a definitive purchase agreement. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
