Zwick and Banyai, PLLC of Southfield, Michigan was founded in 1994. They are member s of the PCAOB Board. The firm has been involved in initial public offerings and audits multiple public companies on a regular basis.
CEO John C Maddox states, "We are continuing to move forward with our business plan, which we believe can and will be great for all of our loyal shareholders. Becoming fully reporting and moving back to the OTC Markets Bulletin Board will give Halberd access to better funding and financing opportunities."
